FAQ

When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship the following business day or same day if placed before 10am.  We ship Monday through Saturday.  We do not ship orders on Sunday and Holidays.

I choose USPS as my shipping option but my shipment arrived by UPS?
Our shipping rates are estimates only and larger shipments almost always are cheaper by UPS.  We may change your delivery method if there is a large deviation from what you paid for shipping versus what it actually costs.  If this affects your delivery time we will reach out to you, in the rare instances that we are unable to ship to you at the quoted rate we will reach out to you.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally via DHL and UPS where available.  For our Philippines customers we have a sea freight option you can choose at check out.  For $120 USD we will ship directly to you one 24"x24"x32" box by sea freight (6-8 week delivery time).  You can fill this with as many games as can fit (around 20 or more).  This is a great option for group buys to save on shipping.

Do you sell gift cards?
We do not currently offer gift cards for our webstore.  We do have physical gift cards that are available to purchase and use in our physical store location.

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Please note that all Trading Card Games Sales are final and as such we are unable to accept returns for any reason, however if there is a defect please contact us at meeplesandbeyond@gmail.com so we may further assist you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  You are responsible for the return shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All Trading Card Games sales such as Pokemon are final.  To ensure product integrity we only sell factory sealed product direct from reputable distribution sources.  If you received a defective product please email us at meeplesandbeyond@gmail.com for further assistance.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
