When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship the following business day. We ship Monday through Saturday. We do not ship orders on Sunday and Holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
We charge shipping for all our orders, however the way that rates are calculated result in larger orders shipping costs being subsidized by us. So you will not reach free shipping but the more product you order the less the shipping costs get past on to you.
Do you offer pick up services for the East Valley?
Yes, we delivery weekly on Fridays to Silver Key Lounge. You can place an order any day of the week and select Silver Key Lounge as your pick up location and we will drop your games off at the Silver Key Lounge on Friday by 4:30pm. Orders placed after 6pm Thursday will deliver on the following Friday.
I choose USPS as my shipping option but my shipment arrived by UPS?
Our shipping rates are estimates only and larger shipments almost always are cheaper by UPS. We may change your delivery method if there is a large deviation from what you paid for shipping versus what it actually costs. If this affects your delivery time we will reach out to you.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do not currently offer gift cards for our web store. We do have physical gift cards that are available to purchase in our physical store and used only in our physical store location.
What if I have a missing game component?
Email us at meeplesandbeyond@gmail.com so that we can assist you in obtaining replacements. Be sure to include your order#, brief description of what is missing/wrong and any photo's as applicable to support your claim. A member of our team will respond with a resolution and provide you continuing support until your claim is settled.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that all Trading Card Games Sales are final and as such we are unable to accept returns for any reason, however if there is a defect please contact us at meeplesandbeyond@gmail.com so we may further assist you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the return shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All Trading Card Games sales such as Pokemon are final. To ensure product integrity we only sell factory sealed product direct from reputable distribution sources. If you received a defective product please email us at meeplesandbeyond@gmail.com for further assistance.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
